Vagabond Skies at the 2025 Edinburgh Fringe
Tony Norman’s ‘Vagabond Skies – The Van Gogh Musical’, which he created with outstanding musical arranger Mark Edwards, is going to the world-famous Edinburgh Fringe this summer.
It will be produced at the Gilded Balloon theatre, at the Royal Museum of Scotland, in the heart of the city.

30th Anniversary Edition: in Blue 2025
Following the successful world premiere of Vagabond Skies – The Van Gogh Musical the stage musical he created with musical arranger Mark Edwards, and the thrill of hearing his musical A Christmas Carol by Candlelight broadcast four times by BBC Radio 4 Extra, Tony Norman is now focused on releasing an album of his songs titled in Blue 2025. Tony originally worked on the album in 1995, with producer Martin Smith. He has kept his favourite tracks for the 30th Anniversary Edition and added songs recorded more recently. A Christmas Carol by Candlelight
When
BBC Radio Four Extra
broadcast Tony’s yuletide musical four times on Christmas Eve 2023, audiences warmed to the blend of Tony’s original songs, traditional carols, plus the brilliant narration of Nicholas Parsons who told the story of Scrooge so well. Thousands of people then listened to the musical on BBC Sounds.
